At Boho Chic Boutique, we work with trusted global suppliers to bring you unique, high-quality bohemian-inspired fashion, accessories, and home décor. Because our products are fulfilled through international dropshipping partners, shipping times and processes may differ from traditional retail.

We appreciate your patience and are here to ensure your experience is smooth and transparent.


📦 Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and shipped.

  • Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. We are not responsible for undeliverable or misrouted orders due to incorrect addresses.


🚚 Estimated Shipping Times

Our products are shipped directly from our suppliers worldwide. Estimated delivery times are:

Note: Delays may occur due to customs clearance, public holidays, or carrier disruptions (e.g., weather, strikes, peak season).


🌍 International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide. However, please note:

  • Some remote regions may have longer delivery times or limited tracking updates.

  • Customs fees, duties, or import taxes (if any) are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We do not mark items as “gifts” on customs forms.


🔍 Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking may take 3–7 business days to become active, depending on the carrier.

🚫 Delivery Issues or Lost Packages

  • If your order hasn’t arrived within 45 days of shipping, please contact us by filling the contact form page — we’ll investigate and assist with a resolution.

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked “delivered” by the carrier. In such cases, please file a claim with your local postal service.

Since we source products from different suppliers, your order may arrive in multiple packages at different times. Don't worry — everything is on its way!
